How Much Do Embroidered Wedding Veils Cost?

If you’re envisioning an embroidered veil that’s as unique as your love story, you may be wondering – how much do embroidered wedding veils cost? An embroidered veil is more than an accessory; it’s a keepsake, a delicate tapestry of your day’s most cherished moments. Working with Rebecca Anne Designs means embarking on a personalised journey where each veil becomes an heirloom in the making. Here, I’ll walk you through what factors influence the investment, so you can choose a piece as extraordinary as the occasion it celebrates.

When considering how much embroidered wedding veils cost, it’s helpful to understand the elements that contribute to the overall price. From the size and style of the veil to the complexity of the embroidery and any personal touches, each factor plays a role. In this blog, we’ll delve into these elements in detail, explaining what’s included and how customisation can impact the price. Plus, I’ll guide you through my Price Guide with examples of design levels, so you can get an idea of what options might best suit your vision and budget.

Why Rebecca Anne Designs Veils Are Uniquely Yours

Rebecca Anne Designs veils are distinctively luxurious, crafted through a blend of artistic hand-drawing and precise digital embroidery. Unlike mass-produced options, each design is digitised with care and then embroidered onto soft, high-quality tulle, making your veil a precious heirloom designed to last beyond your wedding day. But this is more than just a “click and buy” experience—it’s a collaborative journey where I design with you, bringing your vision to life with every detail we discuss. Think of it as a wearable work of art – an elegant piece meant to tell your story and evoke memories every time it’s seen.

What’s Included in the Cost of Embroidered Wedding Veils?

When you choose an embroidered veil from Rebecca Anne Designs, you’re selecting more than just a beautiful adornment. Each piece is crafted from buttery tulle and embroidered with intricate detailing, ensuring both luxury and longevity. Here are some of the factors that influence wedding veil prices:

Style and Size of Veil:

Whether you’re drawn to a shorter, playful piece or a sweeping cathedral-length veil, the size and style can influence the amount of material and detail required. Larger, more dramatic veils will naturally require more material and craftsmanship, which affects the cost.

Embroidery Complexity:

Embroidery plays the biggest role in the price of your veil. A design with floral artwork sweeping up the veil will require much more time and precision than a simple monogram of your initials. The detail and intricacy of the embroidery directly contribute to the investment.

Personal Touches:

Adding extra personal details, such as your wedding date or the traced handwriting of a loved one, can enhance the sentiment and uniqueness of the veil. More elements mean additional design and stitching time, creating a piece that truly reflects your story.

How Wedding Veil Prices Vary with Design Levels

The price of your veil is as unique as the design itself, so I quote individually based on each bride’s desires and level of detail. But, for a helpful starting point, I’ve created a Price Guide showcasing Design Levels 1 through 5, each with its own range of detail and intricacy.

  • Design Level 1: A minimal yet elegant veil with your initials monogram or names embroidered alongside your wedding date, starting at £375. This option is ideal for brides looking for a simple, classic touch without extensive embroidery.

  • Design Level 2: Includes personalised designs as above with small elements of hand-drawn artwork embroidery or meaningful script in the font of your choice beginning at £475.

  • Design Level 3: Focuses on longer prose script or larger font styles, or bespoke artwork with medium-scale embroidery that may create a bottom edge hand-drawn in my signature illustration style starting around £600.

  • Design Level 4:  Emphasis on larger bespoke artwork, incorporating personalised details. Features larger-scale embroidery or designs embellishing the bottom or entire edge of the veil, with options for organza appliqué, generally priced at £1000 upwards.

  • Design Level 5: The ultimate in luxury, featuring extensive embroidery, personalised details, and an all-over design. Showcases statement bespoke artwork as the central design element. Involves complex, large-scale hand-drawn illustrations. May include multiple components creating an entire edging or embroidered elements covering most or all of the veil. This level is perfect for brides wanting a true statement piece and begins at £1500.

I worked with bride Cristín on large scale, statement embroidery based around original artwork drawn by her late mother. Together we created what she described as "the crowning jewel of the entire day".

Once I know which design elements matter most to you, I’m always happy to recommend styles that align with your budget or offer ideas at various price points to help you visualise the level of embroidery you’d like.
